KPK Discusses Integrity Survey

TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta: The Commission to Eradicate Corruption (KPK) has had a meeting with the State Minister for Administrative Reforms Taufiq Effendy and the Secretary of the Supreme Court Rum Nessa.
“We discussed the results of our integrity survey yesterday,” said KPK spokesperson Johan Budi SP at his office on Monday (7/4).
KPK announced the results of the integrity survey to the public sector last month.
The survey was about the integrity of government departments, using a scale of one to ten.
Out of 30 surveyed departments, ten were reported as having a low level of integrity.
The scores for these ten departments are as follows: 4.16 for The National Land Agency (BPN); 4.24 for the Transportation Department; 4.76 for the Indonesian Port Company; 4.81 for the Indonesian Police; 4.85 for the Manpower and Transmigration Department; 5.15 for the Religious Affairs Department; 5.16 for the state-owned electricity company (PLN); 5.25 for the Health Department; 5.28 for the Supreme Court; and 5.41 for the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Department.
The three departments with highest scores are: The National Civil Service Agency (6.51); the Home Affairs Department (6.25), and the state-owned agribusiness company PT PERTANI (6.17).
The lowest score was recorded held by the Justice and Human Rights Department.
